Kelewat cerewet menghadirkan dialog-dialog filosofis - mungkin ini esensi source material-nya, #CintaTakPernahTepatWaktu kehilangan keseimbangan di sisi fun yang dibangunnya sendiri sejak awal sebagai romcom dengan pilihan multiple AR yang juga tak sepenuhnya memberi kedalaman di durasi tak tepat waktu. However, ensemble dan OST-nya memang jempolan terutama aktris Malaysia Mira Filzah yang luar biasa natural & mencuri perhatian bersama Rangga Nattra, meski lagu Merpati Putih terasa agak ketinggian baik di line up dan kepentingan pengadeganannya.

Mengingatkan ke Mencari Cinta (1979) karya Bobby Sandy yang diadaptasi dari novel pemenang penghargaan Arjuna Mencari Cinta karya Yudhistira A.N. Masardi yang lebih piawai meramu nafas karikatural soal filosofi cinta anak muda dalam novelnya ke sebuah romcom bertabur bintang yang menyenangkan.

Vicky Kaushal soars and raving mad in this Maddock's historical epic war flick with top notch production values - more than 30 mins nonstop colossal combat, but the most powerful aspect #Chhaava did, making films like Braveheart feel so light, is the extended, no-holds-barred, never-before-seen torturing finale using even medieval to biblical references to ignite the act and feel of patriotism. And a surprise to see this comes from Laxman Utekar, director/DoP with bold traces of romcom movies. Akshaye Khanna is also outstanding. Gila!

Old flame, new crush, certainly something's off when they opt to continue the loving franchise with such tragic turn, but instead of slipping too far into a sloppy cougar romance, #BridgetJonesMadAboutTheBoy smartly turns to a remembrance of loss with huge, moving homage. Ini instalmen Bridget Jones paling sedih, paling manusiawi, tapi sebagai sebuah send-off yang jadi sajian spesial di hari Valentine, tetap punya romcom delight yang fun seperti biasanya.

While The Winter Soldier's gold standard of MCU's paranoid thriller is unbeatable, #CaptainAmericaBraveNewWorld throw its shield at Ford's return to Air Force One in the continuance of their less popular #TheIncredibleHulk. The result - though had issues, is surprisingly RAD.

Leave the controversies lead to boycott calls, #ABusinessProposal is surprisingly quite a local romcom delight, a fun and decent remake that captured some original charms and shines mostly in the presence of Ariel Tatum & Caitlin Halderman's female duo. Cute soundtracks, too.
