Tarot is a film with the theme of a group of young people who play tarot cards and are cursed by the cards.

This genre is classic, cliche and very predictable. They were killed by a prophecy that was predicted like at the beginning of the film. As viewers, we just wait for each of them to die, it feels like watching final destination. Plus, how annoying the jumpscares and very loud sound effects are.

However, you can give a thumbs up for the idea of ​​combining horoscopes with horror. The card design and devil make-up are also quite good.

A Quiet Place: Day One does not provide anything new in the Quiet Place franchise. Even so, this film is still exciting and fun to follow. Accompanied by sound scoring and many quite tense scenes. The post-apocalyptic visuals also look very realistic.

Pemandi Jenazah adalah film horror yang cukup menyeramkan dan menegangkan. Film ini mampu membangun serangkaian misterinya, punya terror yang cukup mengerikan, gore dan body horrornya juga cukup bikin ngilu. Meskipun, cara berceritanya tidak terlalu rapi dan banyak banget jumpscare yang cukup repetitif.

Ada salah satu scene yang bisa diacungi jempol yakni ada penampakan yang ngintip dan tanpa suara itu ngeri banget sih, mampu menakuti tanpa harus dengan suara yang berisik.

Penampilan Aghniny Haque disini beneran bagus banget, sisi emosionalnya mampu ditunjukkan dengan total di film ini. Djenar Maesa Ayu juga tampil dengan bagus dan shot out kepada Ruth Marini sebagai ibu-ibu tukang gosip tapi gak mati yang ngeselin banget.

Overall, ini film horror Indonesia yang cukup bagus dan sejauh ini mengangkat kisah dari pekerjaan yang jarang di notice, yakni Pemandi Jenazah.
