Unlike the pointlessly bleak predecessor just for the sake of shocking value, #Dhadak2 lifts 2018's #PariyerumPerumal as an utterly emotional, much wider scope & relevant social protest to caste reservation & honor killings. Feels full of rage & boils your blood, but never once give up to be pessimistic conveying its subject matter and comes with a very bold statement - Love is a tool of resistance. As a feature debut director, Shazia Iqbal is absolutely worth to look at, while Siddhant Chaturvedi and mostly @tripti_dimri23 - both roar & soar. Gila!
