Dodit (Oktavianus Fransiskus), Ibu (Putri Ayudya), Mbak Lis (Yasamin Jasem), dan Mas Dewo (Elang El Gibran) harus ikut Bapak (Dodit Mulyanto) pindah ke rumah dinas barunya di tengah Hutan Jati. Di sana, ada sebuah penjara yang konon digunakan untuk menghukum blandong. Tiap malam Jumat Kliwon hal-hal mengerikan terjadi dan semua mendapat teror. Termasuk dua anak buah Bapak, Sugeng (Sadana Agung) dan Kasno (Fajar Nugra).

Same diff with Heartbreak Motel is how I felt about this. Both started with me being super hyped to see em, but after watching, both turned out to be not as I expected them to be which led to me not really enjoying em as I initially hoped for.
I kinda expected to have lotsa LoL moments which I didn't get unfortunately. I know that they blended horror, comedy & drama, but I kinda wished they'd up the ante more on the comedy. The way I see it this was more drama with just a teensy bit of horror & comedy thrown in. Even the horror was more prominent than the comedy.
Acting wise, always such a joy to see Putri Ayudya. Mbak Putri & Yasamin kinda carried the movie on the acting front.
On another note, the score kinda gave me Stranger Things vibe and vibing I was! Such a nice direction they decided to go there, chef's kiss! 🥴🤌🏽
